Guest Policy for BSU’s Rep Your Flag Event

Event Details:

  • Date: Friday, April 11
  • Time: 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Location: The ARC
  • Age Requirement: 18+
  • Entry: Must bring a valid State issued ID

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following guest policy will be in effect:

  1. Guest Access Approval:
    • The BSU event is open to guests.
  2. Guest Limit:
    • Each Curry College student is permitted one (1) guest.
    • The hosting student must attend the event with their guest.
  3. ID Requirements:
    • Curry students must present a valid Curry College ID upon entry.
    • Guests must present a valid college/university ID and be at least 18 years old.
  4. Guest Registration:
    • All guests must purchase a guest ticket for $5 AND be registered through the Residence Life & Housing Guest Registration form which can be found on the myCurry portal.
    • Guest registration will close 24 hours prior to the event (Thursday, April 10 at 5:00 PM).
    • No walk-in or unregistered guests will be admitted.
  5. Guest Vetting:
    • All guests will be vetted by the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) before being approved for entry.
  6. Additional Notes:
    • Guests and students are expected to adhere to all college policies and event rules.
    • Entry is at the discretion of event staff and campus safety.
